Clear, transparent terms for changes, cancellations, and refunds.

At Sky Travel Inc., we want every booking to be clear and fair. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how changes, cancellations, and refunds work for air travel booked through skytravelinc.com or our toll-free service. Because flights are provided by third-party airlines, refunds and changes are ultimately governed by each airline’s fare rules in addition to the terms below.
All cancellations and change requests are subject to the fare rules of the operating airline and the specific ticket you purchased. Some tickets are fully refundable, some allow changes for a fee, and some are entirely non-refundable. The applicable rules are presented before you complete your booking.
To request a cancellation or change, contact our support team as early as possible:
Requests are processed in the order received. Acting quickly gives you the best chance to minimize fees, since airline penalties often increase closer to departure.
For tickets on flights to, from, or within the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation rules generally allow you to cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least seven days before departure. Where this rule applies, we will refund eligible bookings cancelled within this window without a Sky Travel Inc. service charge. Airline-specific conditions may apply.
Cancellations and changes may be subject to: (a) airline penalties as defined by the fare rules; (b) any fare difference for new travel dates; and (c) a Sky Travel Inc. post-booking service fee where applicable. Any service fee will be disclosed to you before we process the request, so you can decide whether to proceed.
Once a refund is approved by the airline, we process it to your original payment method as promptly as possible. Please allow up to one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer and the airline’s own processing times. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you may be entitled to a refund, rebooking, or travel credit under that airline’s policy. We will assist you in requesting the remedy you are entitled to from the airline. Sky Travel Inc. is not responsible for airline-initiated changes but will act as your advocate to resolve them.
Certain charges are generally non-refundable, including some taxes and carrier fees, optional add-ons such as seat selection or baggage once used, and service fees already earned. Where any portion remains refundable under the fare rules, we will return it to you.
